Dear Ken:

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I appreciate the fine work Aqua Survey has performed for Omni and our clients over the last several years. It is such a pleasure working with you and the other staff members at Aqua Survey who not only produce a very high quality work product, but also genuinely care about meeting the needs of their clients.

I particularly wish to commend you on the work you have done with us in areas where there are no predefined procedures for completing a given analysis or project (e.g., TDS Studies for NJDEP). There are far too many labs out there who are capable of completing "cookbook" approaches to laboratory analyses but are incapable of completing projects which require any thought provoking solutions. On the other hand, Aqua Survey appears to thrive on developing "cutting edge" approaches to solving complex environmental problems.

I will continue to recommend Aqua Survey to my clients who require ecotoxicology testing services and the consulting associated with such services. I look forward to continuing our working relationship with you.

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Hayes,

This is to thank you again for the pleasant cooperation during the World-bank project "Port Modernization Study Poland."

Especially your swift actions to assist in solving the problems related to the transport of the sediment samples from Poland to your laboratory have been highly appreciated. The results of the ecotoxicological tests as performed by you did not only fully comply with our expectations, but also played an important role in the final evaluation of the levels of sediment contamination in the area of investigation.

In view of the excellent quality of the works, it will be our pleasure to call upon you again in case of future projects. Besides, I will certainly recommend Aqua Survey to other companies.

Best regards,

To whom it may concern:

I am writing to relay my experiences in working with Aqua Survey Inc. on marine survey and sediment studies. I have worked closely with Aqua Survey executives and staff on several major dredging projects over the past decade including the Thames River Dredging for SEAWOLF Submarine Homeporting in New London, CT and several maintenance dredging projects at Naval Weapons Station Earle in Sandy Hook, NJ. In all instances, Aqua Survey staff have shown outstanding commitment to Maguire's project needs.

Aqua Survey has provided sediment collection and biological-effects testing services to Maguire and I have been very pleased with their cooperativeness, work quality and overall professionalism. Many of the projects, the SEAWOLF project in particular, were high profile, controversial efforts that required quality assurance/control measures above and beyond those normally specified by the Green Book or regional protocols.

In summary, I have the highest regard for Aqua Survey as a result of our long standing working relationship and would recommend them for future Corps of Engineers work.

Dear Mr. Hayes:

In my two (2) years with Groundwater and Environmental Services, Inc. (GES), I have been responsible for assuring that all work is performed in compliance with all local, county and state regulations. One of the more important permits that GES deals with on a daily basis is the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) discharge permit. With a NJPDES permit, remediated groundwater must be discharged to surface water in accordance with specific permit limitations and conditions. Some of the NJPDES permits require Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing. Aqua Survey has been instrumental in providing accurate and timely consulting and laboratory services regarding WET testing. GES has come to depend upon Aqua Survey's knowledge and advice concerning different WET testing methods and strategies. Aqua Survey has always been responsive and helpful in educating GES on matters involving WET testing.

GES appreciates Aqua Survey's willingness to cooperate and their flexibility in scheduling changes. Over the two years that I have worked with Aqua Survey, I have come to depend upon their knowledge and insight and would recommend their services to anyone.

Sincerely,

Anthony Russo

Re: Commitment to Quality

Dear Ken:

As you know, we are currently teaming on two sediment evaluation projects for the South Carolina State Ports Authority. I just wanted to let you know that the support from the personnel at Aqua Survey, Inc. has been essential to our success thus far.

In particular, the field sampling personnel have repeatedly gone out of their way to ensure that the samples were collected on time and in a manner that would not compromise their integrity. Furthermore, the cooperative, professional manner exhibited by the project management and laboratory staff is indicative of a company that holds the highest regards for client satisfaction.

Thank you for all of your support. I look forward to working with you on future opportunities.

Sincerely,

RE: Letter of Recommendation

Dear Mr. Hayes:

In regards to your recent request, Coastal Eagle Point Oil Company is very happy with the biomonitoring service which ASI has provided to our oil refinery for over 7 years. Our refinery has utilized ASI for chronic and acute biotoxicity testing/monitoring for compliance with our NJPDES wastewater treatment plant discharge permit. Monitoring results have always been submitted to us in a timely manner and ASI services are competitively priced.

ASI has also shown that their biomonitoring results are in fact accurate. ASI has consistently been with acceptable limits during their participation in annual EPA DMR Quality Assurance Studies.

In conclusion, I would not hesitate to offer a recommendation to potential customers of ASI who are in need of biotoxicity monitoring.

Sincerely,

US Army Corps of Engineers
Contracting OfficerTAMS

Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that the firm Aqua Survey, Inc. (ASI) has acted as a subcontractor to TAMS Consultants on several recent projects situated within the New England and New York Districts. As a subcontractor, they performed field investigations, sample collection, and aquatic toxicity testing. In developing overall project plans for our clients, we conferred with ASI on numerous occasions to establish realistic time frames, costs, and technical approaches.

ASI has proven to be a highly cooperative subcontractor with a thorough knowledge of the optimum strategy for implementing their part of a particular project. They fully understand the requirements of engineering and planning organizations, such as TAMS, and appear to have a substantial commitment to customer satisfaction. Their dealings with us have always been professional and business-like and they have met our objectives for their work in all instances.

It is my expectation that ASI would bring the same professionalism to US Army Corps of Engineers projects as they have to TAMS projects.

Very truly yours,
